Responsible AI at Vessel Studio

Our commitment to ethical, transparent, and human-centred AI in vessel design

Building with purpose in the generative AI era

At Vessel Studio, we believe generative AI should serve human creativity, not replace it. Our tools are built to amplify what naval architects and marine designers already do — bringing concepts to life faster, not making design decisions for them.

Every image we generate is the result of a designer's intent. We're transparent about how our AI works, rigorous about what it produces, and committed to improving its safety and quality as the technology evolves.

Our approach to responsible AI

01

Transparency

You always know when AI is involved in your workflow. Every generated image is clearly labelled and never presented as a human render.

02

Safety

All outputs are filtered for harmful or inappropriate content before delivery. We maintain strict guidelines on what our models can and cannot produce.

03

Human Control

Designers make every creative decision. AI is a fast brush — not an autonomous agent. You prompt, you approve, you own the output.

04

Creative Empowerment

Our goal is to give designers superpowers, not to automate them away. Every feature is designed to expand what's possible, not to shrink the role of human expertise.

How we test and safeguard AI at Vessel Studio

Ethical training alignment

We use curated, licensed maritime imagery and design data. We do not scrape or use artwork without permission, and our models are regularly audited for bias.

Continuous quality monitoring

Every generation pipeline is monitored for quality regressions, prompt injection attempts, and unexpected outputs. We test against adversarial inputs as part of our release cycle.

User feedback mechanisms

In-app reporting lets any user flag an inappropriate or unexpected output instantly. All reports are reviewed by our team within 24 hours.
